30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Exa-Med™ will accept returned items for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. Exa-Med™ will not accept for a refund any products packed in sanitary packaging or that have sanitary implications. Exa-Med™ does not refund any shipping charges. All items must be returned in original packaging including all parts, manuals and accessories. Items not returned in full will be subjected to a restocking fee.

60 Day Exchange Policy
Exa-Med™ will accept returned items for an exchange for a different product, up to 60 days after purchase subject to shipping and handling charges. This excludes any items with sanitary implications. Items exchanged must be of an equal or greater value than items returned.

Warranty Period
Exa-Med is the warranty center for it's products. All products subject to warranty must be returned to Exa-Med™ for repair or replacement. Exa-Med reserves the right to repair or replace defective products. You must contact customer service for authorization prior to sending any product for repair. Products that do not carry the Exa-Med™ name are subject to manufacturer warranty terms and conditions. Read your product documents for terms of warranty.

Exa-Med™ has no control over freight carriers. Exa-Med™ takes responsibility for shipping the product to you. If for any reason our carrier looses or damages your unit, we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf. All claims for damaged or missing merchandise must be made prior to the 2nd business day following the delivery. All incoming shipments (return, exchange or repair) are the responsibility of the shipper (customer). All claims in these regards must be taken up directly with the carrier. Exa-Med™ has no liability for products damaged or not received. We recommend that our customers use carriers that can track and insure their freight.
